Gruverman’s involvement in health care began over 23 years ago.  He learned the health care industry from an operational perspective that allowed him to understand all aspects of the industry.  Howard has an in-depth understanding of the operational and financial aspects of health care including contracting, structure and clinical opportunities.  He has taken this knowledge and built EDIFY into one of the leading companies offering solutions for improving health plans. 

Howard and his team have earned a reputation for outstanding customer service in their quest to develop and deliver recommendations to ensure optimal performance and improved health of their clients’ workforce.  Under Gruverman’s leadership, EDIFY is constantly reviewing, identifying and developing best practices and programs in their quest to recommend the best match for companies.
